* Accompanying person means a direct family member of the registrant. 
* Lunch tickets will be sold separately at the onsite registration desk.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions: 
Please kindly note that all refunds will be made after the conference.

For cancellations received by May 17, 2021 (GMT +5:30).
– A processing fee of 20% will be deducted.
For cancellations received after May 18, 2021 (GMT +5:30).
– No refund will be provide.
– A set of proceedings (volume of abstracts) will be sent by mail.

* Bank remittance & administration fee must be paid by the registrant. 
* If your payment has been made through a bank transfer, the refund will be made only by bank transfer, and any handling charges will be paid by the registrant. 
* All cancellations must be received by email. (Telephone cancellations are not accepted)

Receipts in English will be provided both in paper form (can be collected during the registration) and in an electronic version by email for the participants paying in advance.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place with additional cost (if category switches from lower to higher, the candidate has to pay the difference). Please advise substitutions by writing to the Secretariat. Please note:

  • The presenting author can send only co-authors as substitutions.
  • Any substitution that is not communicated in writing will not be considered valid.
  • Financial matters must be handled between the registered individual who is not attending and the individual who is substituting.
